Ecaterina Dînga Mardari (Catrina) is a visual artist and junior member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Moldova. She works primarily with tapestry and embroidery, transforming threads, textures, and colors into poetic metaphors of memory, identity, femininity, and time. Her art blends tradition with contemporary expression, exploring the delicate balance between fragility and strength. Catrina sees each work as a quiet dialogue between material and emotion.
